These terms apply to the PintuWeb website service. The final details of each project — features, price and schedule — are set out in a written quote (over WhatsApp or by invoice) that you approve before work starts. If anything differs, that written quote applies. The Indonesian version of these terms is the original and prevails if the versions differ.
1. Packages & scope
What each package includes is listed on the Pricing page. Work outside a package, such as major extra features, gets a separate quote and is only done once you approve it.
2. Price & payment
Every package: a 50% deposit to start, and the remaining 50% once the website is finished and you have approved it. We accept Indonesian bank transfer, e-wallets (OVO, GoPay, DANA) and QRIS. The invoice is sent before you pay.
3. Turnaround
Estimated time per package: Landing Page 1–3 working days; Small Business Standard 3–5 working days; Simple Online Store 1–2 weeks; Full Online Store 2–3 weeks; Link in Bio 1–3 working days; Digital Invitation 1–2 working days; Event Website & Custom Invitation 3–7 working days; Portfolio / Personal Branding 3–5 working days; Online Booking System 2–4 weeks; Property Website 2–3 weeks; Property Marketplace 4–8 weeks; Web App 2–4 weeks; Custom Website 2–6 weeks, depending on features; Website Design Concepts 1–2 weeks. The clock starts when the deposit is received and the materials (text, logo, photos) are complete. Late materials from the client shift the schedule.
4. Revisions
The number of revisions follows your package. Small changes such as text, photos or contact details are free during the maintenance period. Major changes beyond the original agreement are discussed and priced first.
5. Guarantee & maintenance
Bugs and technical issues are fixed free of charge for 30 days after launch. After that, maintenance applies according to your package (1–6 months) and can be extended. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by code changes made by others or requests for new features.
6. Domain & hosting
The domain and hosting included in a package cover the first year. From the second year, renewal costs roughly IDR 300,000–500,000 per year for websites and IDR 100,000–150,000 for link-in-bio pages; for systems and web apps with a database, the cost is stated in the quote. Digital invitations stay active for 12 months with no renewal fee. We remind you before anything is due. If renewal is not made, the domain and hosting may expire under the provider’s terms.
7. Ownership
Once paid in full, the website with its source code, admin access, hosting access and domain becomes entirely yours. PintuWeb only shows your project as an example of our work if you allow it.
8. Client materials
You are responsible for making sure the materials you provide (logos, photos, text) may be used and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
9. Cancellation
Cancellation and refund terms for each project are set out in the written quote before work starts.
